Piercings and body modification done in a clean and professional environment. Services are provided by a BBP certified piercer. Penny strives to continue her education in hopes to be an APP member in the future. She loves piercing Daiths and Conches! Penny will pierce minors with proper paperwork but please no one under the age of 5!
